§ 1 Parties
You are the Customer; Bens-Online Shop the Seller.
The contract between the parties is subject to the regulations laid down by the Seller and is binding unless otherwise amended and confirmed in script.
The following regulations cover all sales and/or purchase of goods offered in the Bens-Jungle Online Shop. We do not file this context additionally and it will be lost after you have sent your order. You can make a screen shot beforehand and/or print that before submitting your order. You will receive a confirmation of your order by email. Please ensure that your email address is correct and inform us of any alteration in time.
§ 2 Agreement Contract
All offers are only price-bound at the time of fixing your order; that is, the prices can fluctuate at any time according to the market. The agreement comprises of your order and confirmation through Bens-Jungle Online Shop, represented by Benjamin Schwarz. This is generally done by e-mail or consecutive delivery. You fill out the order form or order by regular mail, Bens Jungle confirms acceptance.
§ 3 Delivery and Delay
The seller will do his best to fulfill the order within 3 work days. Should items not be available on store, due to excessive sales, you will be informed immediately how long the delay will take. This applies to deliveries within Germany. You will need to allow for 5 7 days for deliveries into other European Countries. Switzerland requires additional 2 days, for example. The Seller is not liable for delays of specific orders where a supplier cannot deliver goods to the Seller. The customer will be informed immediately that the goods are not available. Made payment will be returned.
§ 4 Address to be delivered to
Customer has his order delivered to any address he wishes. Seller sends the invoice to his account address. Make sure delivery address is clearly marked, if it differs from the home address.
§ 5 Shipping
You pay a baulk of 6.90 for shipment within Germany, 17.00 for EC countries and 20.00 - other countries. Special cases may require a higher freight but that will be listed extra on the invoice/confirmation.
§ 6 Liabilities
The Seller is liable only for damages to matters other than the purchased goods, if carelessness and negligence rules on his part. Liability is restricted to the regular, typical foreseeable case of damage.
§ 7 Payments
Payments are to be made at time of order. COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available outside of Germany. All prices include VAT of 19 %.per piece unless otherwise stated.

§ 8 Property
All goods remain property of the Seller until fully paid. Delay in payment over 10 days allows Supplier to step out of the contract and demand return of goods.
§ 9 Balance of Disputes
Only possible, where the Supplier clearly admits fault or has been legally prosecuted. Delay of payment only for the specific contract.
§10 Returning Goods
You may return goods without reason within 14 days after receipt of the goods and this letter. This is free of charge and at our risk within Germany. Address:

The sum may be refunded to the customer or credited to his account. The sum is dependant of the state the goods are in, which may result in partial deduction , or complete replacement of the value to the seller.
§ 11 Referrals and Links
Bens Jungle advises to Web links, for which he, however, declines all responsibility for content. Only the author of the respective sites may be liable for their content; not the author, who linked the pages. Furthermore he is n o t liable for postings, messages on message boards or guest books provided on this page.
§ 12 Finally
Jurisdiction is the Law of the Federal Republic of Germany, disregarding UN Law of Purchase.
The Laws of your Country, where you have your domicile, are not affected.
Generally disputes are to be cleared in the Court of Gladbeck, where the seller has his home address.
